1. Marketplace role
MealBridge is a discovery marketplace. We introduce businesses to verified restaurant partners; contracts, deliveries, invoicing and payments are executed directly between the two parties.
2. Restaurant verification
We verify FSSAI credentials and basic KYC before approving partners. Verification does not guarantee food quality, punctuality or availability. Customers should evaluate quotations independently.
3. Lead credits
Approved restaurants receive two complimentary lead unlocks. Additional unlocks require lead credits. Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
4. Acceptable use
No spam, misrepresentation, scraping, or reverse-engineering. Accounts may be suspended for policy violations.
5. Limitation of liability
MealBridge is provided "as is". We are not liable for disputes, food safety incidents, or losses arising from transactions between customers and restaurants.
6. Changes
